DURABLE ALUMINUM BODY- Aluminum profile scale body, and head with zinc alloy die casting with chrome plating, corrosion resistance. Beautiful and decent appearance, reasonable design with good rigidity.
DOUBLE SEAL & SIGNAL CABLE- The Linear Scale Encoder features a double layer lip seal to give extra protection from contamination, high abrasive resistance. 3m signal cable applies multilayer shielded wire steel and metal shell protection.
STABLE SLIDE PART- Slide part adopts of reliable and durable 5 bearing system design. The repeated positioning measurement is more stable. With an additional T-slot (Not including in the package), the back groove could be used for installation when the contact surface is too short, or could be addition support when using long linear scale.
CONVENIENT & PRACTICAL- A rigid metal extrusion with slotted end blocks for simple adjustable mounting. Several mounting points for through hole or easy attachment to brackets and additional mounting hardware.
