Every box is randomly packed, so you won’t know exactly what’s inside until you open it. Some boxes may contain similar items, but we always do our best to keep each one as unique as possible.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The contents are chosen at random, and you won’t know what’s inside until delivery.
• There are no returns, exchanges, or substitutions on mystery boxes.
• Items may not be what you expected, and duplicates are possible.
• Ordering multiple boxes may result in boxes with the same, similar, or different contents.
• Minimum of 10 items per box and may include double ups

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• VIC: 3–5 business days
• NSW, SA & ACT: 4–8 business days
• QLD, NT, WA & TAS: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier availability and regional locations.

All Mastery Home products are covered by Australian Consumer Law and include a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults or damage.

If there’s an issue, we’ll assess your claim case-by-case and may offer replacement parts, a product replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.

Change-of-mind returns are considered within 14 days of delivery, subject to eligibility, restocking fees, and return conditions.
