Multiple weight options: It includes four 2.5 kg weight plates, four 2 kg weight plates and two 0.55 kg dumbbell bars with spinlock collars and has a total weight of about 20 kg. This set allows the users to variably select the weights they want to lift for different exercises. Sturdy and durable: These weight plates are made of cement covered in robust plastic and they can easily be secured onto the bars with the included spinlock collars. Thoughtful design: The weight is clearly stamped on each plate for quick and easy identification. The dumbbell bars have non-slip plastic grip.
