This Ecovacs kit contains the following parts:
- 1 X roller brush
- 3 X Hepa filters
- 3 X foam filters
- 3 X left side brushes
- 3 x right side brushes
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unopened and in brand-new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, the refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is the same or exceeding the cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error.

Returns & warranty
All Mastery Home products are covered by Australian Consumer Law and include a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults or damage.
If there’s an issue, we’ll assess your claim case-by-case and may offer replacement parts, a product replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.
Change-of-mind returns are considered within 14 days of delivery, subject to eligibility, restocking fees, and return conditions.
