It is the combination of Cable Crossover Station, Chin-Up Station, Smith Machine and Squat Rack with a huge variety of workout stations targeting upper and lower body exercises. This all-in-one machine is designed with an ultra smooth linear bearing Smith system, heavy duty frame, pulleys and cables as well as the back 130kgs weight attachments which also allows both size of extra weights, and enables flexibility to train multiple groups of muscles on the full body.

A: Hi there are adopter sleeves for weight holder included, which allows both sizes of weights.
Q: Is this assembled, if not is that hard to assemble?
A: It's flat packed for transport and its not easy to put them together.
